Etsy Made Local
Etsy Made Local – Glasgow is on again this year at The Briggait in Glasgow. This is the forth year I’ve appeared as a seller, I’ll be there on Saturday 30th November. Preparations are in full swing at Chalso HQ and I’m really looking forward to it as it’s the only sell-in-person fair I attend.
If you’re local to Glasgow, please come along and say “Hi”, if not, there’s sure to be an Etsy Made Local event near you as they are happening worldwide on the 30th November and 1st of December.
You can see the line up of Saturday sellers here.

Just a Card – Indie Week
“JUST A CARD – INDIE WEEK is about encouraging people to support, value and buy from small businesses, independent shops, artists, designers and makers at Christmas. Whilst the world goes mad for the consumer fest that is Black Friday, JUST A CARD invites everyone to encourage people to SUPPORT INDEPENDENTS THIS CHRISTMAS!”
Check out the Just a card website for more info and keep an eye out for a burst of activity all over social media during Indie week!

Giving Tuesday
“Giving Tuesday is a day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the good causes that mean so much to them.
You can volunteer your time; donate money; share your skills; campaign for something; donate goods, food, or clothes; organise a community event such as a street or park clean-up or a coffee morning. The list really is endless.
It is a day to give back by supporting a cause close to your heart or doing something good for your local community or someone in need.”
Giving Tuesday is on 3rd December this year. As in previous years, instead of doing a Black Friday sale, I’ll be donating 10% of November’s sales to Clyde1 Cash for Kids on Giving Tuesday.
